Hee. Color co-ordinated and everything.
Spike's Bitches 38: Well, This Is Just...Neat.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
website for books for kids that are speech delayed
I don't really know much about this website - but it cam e through my boss, so it has a children's librarian behind it. from a quick look it looks likeb a number of books are easy ones for participation , either repetative, or asking the child about what is going on. Also - some look like vocabulary building . I know nothing about the parenting books on the list.
I am headed to a nap now. wish me some sleep. I rarely sleep much with a cold.
Interesting list, beth! Annabel loves If You Give a Mouse a Cookie.
Good on you for calling, Susan.
Tonight will be interesting. My father called and offered me a ticket to the opening night of The Rainmaker at ACT. Not one of his spare tickets, but a friend of his, though he and his wife are also going tonight. Complicated, much?
Anyway, I haven't talked with my dad much other than things relating to K-Bug's trip to Boston. He doesn't know I've finished school, he is still under the impression that I finish December 3rd. After his last unkind remark, I decided it wasn't worth the effort to keep him up to date.
But there will be small talk tonight, so the topic may come up. I'm going to feel like an ass - Oh yes, Dad, I finished school yesterday but decided not to clue you in.

Nah. Just tell him he was right, and you didn't want to jinx it.
You're nicer than me, I probably would take the approach of, "Well, you didn't seem to think I was doing it right so I just didn't bother telling you about it."
Suzi, insent to you and K-Bug (and also the Somervillains).

Yes, ND is my inner voice.
Unfortunately that is often my outer voice.
No, sweetie, you are the essence of tact.
Really.
