Not only is she a good actor, but she hasn't messed with her face. She looks her age and totally arresting and beautiful.
I thought this too. Opting for being a character actor vs. a perpetual ingenue is a choice I really respect. I don't begrudge any woman choosing the knife, but when I see folks like Priscilla Presley...who's face does not seem to move in ways she wants it to, but DOES move in some oddly unsettling ways...I want to cheer women like Huston. She may have had work, but it was good work and not meant to make her look like a girl.
Wait, I might take part of that back. I was marveling at the enormous bump on Huston's nose in the last shots of the episodes. If she were going to have work done, you'd think her father'snose would be the first target.

I will say, the character should maybe take lessons from Francis.
Nick's shooting another CM episode right now (or just got done). I believe it's titled "In Heat." Not sure where it falls in the schedule yet.
NB was TOTALLY ADORABLE at the end. And I loved Morgan making a beeline out of the room, you know he was going to Garcia's office to yell at her about holding out on him. :)

always being supportive of Allison, it has been the definition of their relationship (and what I and so many others like about this show), but it is only fair that she support him on the invention. Admittedly, he could have, should have told her about
his
dream about the invention (and wasn't that a great dream? Loved it! hope he does in the future) and that might have made a difference.

I figure they have to get Devalos back as DA, yes? They need to get both him and Scanlon back in the mix. I love Lee Scanlon! I like that they are slowly giving us another functional, adult relationship in Scanlon and Deputy Mayor whatshername.

And Joe ought to have told Allyson about the dream. Not only was it lovely and supportive, but she'd have understood (if not been happy about) its significance.
I, too, adore Lee and am glad to see that the woman playing his paramour seems to have taken some acting lessons between seasons. I like having mature, adult relationships on my screen and I'm glad the Lee character is having one.
Bridgit kills me. It is odd though, that she doesn't seem to have grown at all over the years. She looks exactly the same to me. Unlike the baby, obviously.
Oh, and I'm glad that the white haired man didn't save the day to the degree that he handed over the full $30k. That would have been easy to do, but instead, we get Joe stepping up to the plate with the compromise. Nice touch.
