It was an excellent episode. It's worth watching online imho.
I liked it too, but it was an addendum/continuation to the earlier Derek/Chicago/abuse episodes rather than part of this season's main arc.
Is CM online? I know the old showrunner was very against it, and CBS seemed to be less compliant than many of the others.
