I was a little confused by the very end of Elementary. What were we supposed to get from the Sherlock giving Joan a toothbrush along with the spatula? That Sherlock used it as a sex toy? Cause if so, ick.

I just watched the Superbowl ep of "Elementary" and I must say I liked it more than this week's ep. It wasn't great, but it wasn't the worst Elem ep either.
