And don't you ever stand for that sort of thing. Someone ever tries to kill you, you try to kill 'em right back! ... You got the right same as anyone to live and try to kill people.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Definitely yay for Masi Oka in the opening credits! He was so fun in this ep--I loved that he was flattered by Steve's showing up at his house (and his immediate reaching for an umbrella as a weapon was terrific). And his delight in driving Danny's car was hilarious. I can't wait to see what they do with him this season.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

I channel surfed over to H50 just in time to see Kono - tied up on a bad guy's trunk - erupt out of the trunk when he opened it and then whip his ass.

The phrase "you fight like a girl" isn't as much of an insult any more, is it?

Thrive to spite them

I watched Castle, the light hearted ness was missing. Actually the theme sounded a little jarring because it didn't seem to go with the seriousness of everything.

I wonder if Castle figured out that Beckett remembers. It will be interesting to see how the new Captain works in with everything. I like and it changes the dynamic with Castle working at the station. I'm not in any real hurry to find out who shot Beckett. I know I probably should be but I'd rather see the "team" work cases and banter more.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

I chose to watch Five-Oh last night and will have to watch Castle later, but I loved everything about the SteveNDannyShow episode last night. And you could have knocked me down with a feather when I saw who was spiriting Wo Fat away from the prison. Talk about blind-sided!

I wasn't very surprised. I never trusted that character.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

You can name names, you know.

I know, but I couldn't remember her name so I just went along with the vagueness.

Thanks, Barb. I honestly suck at remembering names, real life names and character names in TV and books.

I admit I only watched the first four or five episodes last season. Who is Jenna? What was/is her connection to the team?

I could not love the interaction between Danny and Steve any more than I do. I'm not entirely sure why I stopped watching last season.
