Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I'm watching the NCIS from two weeks ago, with Baltimore!Tony. I'm barely paying attention, but this hooked me: When Pacci said, "This stomach's gonna be the death of me" I almost cried. Oh, no, Pacci, it isn't.

brillig

Pacci was a nice touch.

And we can't forget the traction advantages of tube socks.

Also loved the ending scene.

"Did you just physically assault me? ... Don't make a habit of that."

""Boy, I got vision, and the rest of the world is wearing bifocals."" "Butch Cassidy!"

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Mr. Nigel Murray I am so sad, and I can't stop crying. He was so excited about the T-Rex thing!

He even said, "I expect to be dead soon" when they did the crime re-enactment. Ouch, that was a difficult episode. And his "Don't make me leave" reminded me of Fred's death scene on "Angel".

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

"Hole In The Heart"..."Hole In The World"

I dunno...

"Hole In The Heart"

I didn't realize that was the title of the episode. I don't pay attention to episode titles on most shows.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Yup. There was something else in the ep that pinged me in a "that's from Angel" way but now I can't remember what it was.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Castle: Nooooooo!!! I had a feeling that's where they were going as soon as the Capt. mentioned originally meeting Beckett in the records room. I suspect it will be Castle who picks up on that slip, but DAMN! Not the one I wanted to turn out to be the bad guy.
