Early: Where'd she go? Simon: I can't keep track of her when she's not incorporeally possessing a space ship. Don't look at me.

Art Crawl!!!

Well, it was someone who had clearance to get into that room - so most likely somebody the team knows.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

I'm only nineteen minutes in. I was just typing as Duckie talked. Or someone in autopsy. I think I only half pay attention to this show right now.

Sorry, I'm an idiot. I haven't seen this weeks yet. I was just thinking of the end of last weeks. This is what happens when I am still up at nearly 2 AM.

Huh. I have no idea where NCIS was going at the end.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Thanks, Barb, that makes a lot more sense now.

NCIS: I figured people who watch the show more carefully than I do would have "eek!" at the ending last night. 'Cause I sure don't know whose eye that is. Also, why are they introducing the new team? Is it just for fun, or is there a spin-off in the works, or they just taunting Tony with what he could've had?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Last season the showrunner did a lot of talking about Tiva, but nothing played out. I wonder if it's being clearly spelt out this year that it's never going to happen. If so, why bother tease it last year? I mean, in interview, he teased it hard.

brillig

Why bother teasing it? Because it made those interested in Tiva watch.

And you'd think those interested in Tiva would soon stop watching when it became apparent that nothing he was talking about was happening in the show. It's not like Bones, where the chemistry plays out onscreen. It plain wasn't happening.

The only ship I care about on NCIS is Abby and McGee.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I'm seeing little echoes of wistful Tiva on NCIS. I can see it happening in the wake of her breakup with CIAGuy. And Tony obviously is seeing reflections of what he did to Jeanne.
