"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I'd be so sad if Chuck got canceled, and I feel kind of guilty that I only watch it on Demand instead of recording it on the DVR because HIMYM and House are not available on Demand and are on at the same time.

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

I still try to keep up on Chuck on hulu, and will probably do the same with Glee for now. I'm working evenings again so I don't watch anything live except on Fridays and the weekend.

And I'm a week behind on ANTM.

Art Crawl!!!

Well, I missed Detroit 187 last night (because Tivo seemed to have been unaware that it was new) and I watched it on the ABC website. And it was an excellent episode. I'm very sad that this show is not doing well. (It is also in a very tough timeslot up against every single tv show on Tuesday night that I want to watch.)

“Not dead yet!”

I haven't seen last night's episode yet, but I've been reading where the cast and the producers are lobbying to take the show to a basic cable network, ala Southland, should ABC decide not to renew it. James McDaniels was quoted as saying he really felt that's where they should've been all along, but that he lauded ABC for having the guts to give the show a go.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I hope Detroit 187 survives because I enjoy the show, I've got to believe it's good for the Detroit/MI film industry, and Jon Michael Hill is one of the sweetest men I've ever met.

I'm going to use this as an excuse to link to something Jon wrote when he was playing Ariel in The Tempest. [link]

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Sunday I watched CSI orange (don't hate me - I feel dirty enough) and I thought one of the actresses looked familiar. I looked her up - Alicia Witt - and it turns out she was in Friday Night Lights, The Upside of Anger, and - going back - played the daughter in Cybill. Which made me think that her Cybill's daughter (Zoe) reminds me a bit of Alexis in Castle - smart, precociously responsible, and with red hair.

Max Martini getting more play in tonight's CSI Original recipe. Unfortunately, it's one of those things where it should be a throwaway character, but you know that it's more than that because you recognize the actor. Kind of spoils ya.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Wait! Hot Unit guy (see? I learn from us. I now remember that hot military guy show was called The Unit.) ((I know his name because I Googled from Vortex's post.)) was on CSI? I would maybe watch CSI for that. I'd absolutely record CSI and watch halfheartedly.

Not really worth it, Cass. He's in the first five minutes and the last five minutes. And he never takes off his clothes or hits anyone.

Now, his guest spot on Hawaii Five-0? Mmmm. Screen time, tight t-shirts and some hot hand to hand. Why no, I do not have a law enforcement kink AT ALL.
