I'm taping the 1pm Journeyman repeat/West Coast showing, happy yet sad not to stumble across any conversation yet!
iz dumb
Damian Lewis and Sarah Shahi are both fantastic at listening/watching/reacting. I don't know if it's just them, or if the director/camerperson/writer/etc. are also brilliant for making sure to capture their reactions, allowing for the focus to be on the person listening, and not the person talking. It's probably all of the above, which I love the idea of.
I still think that there should be an ep where no one speaks, and firmly believe it would be fantastic.
We talk Journeyman in Boxed Set. It's the Time Traveling.
Saving Grace: No Butch. . . at all. That guy who playing Jack? I've seen him in something. . . a csi, maybe? As some sort of insane criminal. It kind of colors my impression of him.
how'd I do that? *scratches head*
Every week my brain wants to put Journeyman in here with Life.
yeah, I'll blame it on the time travel.

ARgh. It's a mystery! It should be here, along with Pushing Daisies IMHO.
Journeyman has grown on me. The brother is still the weakest character and I wish they'd do something to fix him - make him less a flip-flopper (in the worst way) about what he thinks about Dan. Is his girlfriend the same shrink he was talking to many eps ago? I was annoyed by her poking in their bathroom; not cool, and BS about being concerned, blah blah. I wonder if it's a set-up for her to turn out to be something else down the line.
Yeah, he's still dating Larkin.

Next new Bones won't air 'til Febuary 22nd.
(From The Futon Critic - article contains episode description.)
Fox is putting
New Amsterdam
in the Bones Friday night timeslot. Or rather - they are waiting to show new Bones until
New Amsterdam
starts in the timeslot following Bones.
And maybe the most embarassing, painful, eye/ear gouging ads for American Idol will be done by then and I won't have to go anywhere near Fox until February.
So, last night's Journeyman. I am ruing missing the previous ep with Dr. Science, since I only have the gist of him from the previouslies. Is he faking it or does he really not know who Dan is now? Katie was great in the scene with alternate!child. (What is it with so many shows lately having sisters come to visit? FNL, now JM.) Hugh is rapidly becoming my favorite character. I hope they include him more. Dan could tell him what's going on; he'd could fill the hole that the brother is not filling, in that he could help figure it out and be the ringleader in figuring it out since Dan seems to be just barely keeping it together dealing with being thrown around. Hugh established in the G-man ep that he has his own sources, and the brother is useless except for cover-ups so far. Okay, he's done a few good turns. Does anyone but me sniff a conspiracy (or something) about brother's girlfriend? I don't like her. Is she looking for the money, or what, and how would she know to look for it, if she was?
