believe it or not, Sarah has grown on me. I couldn't stand her in the early seasons and the alcoholic season, but I like her now.
Procedurals 1: Anything You Say Can and Will Be Used Against You.
This thread is for procedural TV, shows where the primary idea is to figure out the case. [NAFDA]
I've never liked Sara and I was bummed they brought her back. I was really hoping that Mama Grissom would tear into at some point last night. I did enjoy what's-his-name with the implied "Grissom has a type and it sure isn't you".
Oh, Lady Heather, how I miss thee. (And this is considering I haven't watched CSI: Original Flavor in years.)
DVR did not record Castle. Apparently it thought I wanted to see Top Gear more.
Not that I don't want to see Top Gear, but TG repeats later, and Castle does not.
DVRs are frustrating.
That is most frustrating.
My DVR recorded Castle but, once again, without the dialogue. It's super dramatic with just the score.
What is up with that??!!!
I like to imagine someone at my local ABC affiliate setting their coffee down on a button that cuts off my audio.
I really liked both Castle and Hawaii 5-0 last night.
On Castle, I'm liking that they're using Ryan and Esposito in the interrogation room conducting their own questioning. And I loved it when Esposito was busting Ryan on how Jenny had changed him, and then Ryan turned around and did the big reveal to Esposito that everyone knows about him and Lainie. Even the captain had a great moment when he talked about what he do with a lottery win. I hope they give him an episode sometime soon.
H50 was one of the better eps this season, IMO. Very tight, an interesting one-shot character, lots of Chin Ho, and Danny got the B plot all on his own, but they still managed to get a long-distance snark fest between him and McGarrett.
I liked Castle's philosophy of money--and his blase attitude towards the Ferrari, that it goes as fast as any other car in rush hour.
And for a moment I really thought Beckett was going to smack him down for the memorial to her mother. Sure, he's doing it to impress her, but it's one of those whole-hearted things Castle does.
