I'm pretty sure The Event isn't a procedural, but I have no idea beyond that. IO9 seems to be treating it like it's going to be sci fi, but they cheat.
Procedurals 1: Anything You Say Can and Will Be Used Against You.
This thread is for procedural TV, shows where the primary idea is to figure out the case. [NAFDA]
Castle! Chuck! Hawaii Five-O!
Yes! To all of this!
Anderson isn't particularly alert. Neither of them would have been expecting him in the house, all he had to do was fire two shots.
Hotch is alarmed when Anderson returns because he's well aware they have an UnSub who knows where they live and who they've just provoked. In the hypothetical world where Hotch thought to warn Anderson he'd need to stay, Anderson'd know that too. Why wouldn't he be alert?
From the other side, the Fisher King didn't just have to fire two shots. He also had to rant about how they broke the rules. The guy wasn't former military or law enforcement or anything where he'd learned that kind of efficiency. He was functional, but still a delusional person with no particular training, and currently enraged and not in control of the situation.
Well, the beginning of Castle certainly got my attention.
I did love that half-disgusted "He really IS ruggedly handsome."
Hawaii 5-O
Alex Loughlin (sp) is bad. If we could just replace him with someone else, the show would get a lot better really quick. Caan and Kim steal the show.
Criminal Minds promo. Duh. I'd forgotten how last season ended.
The last rec I saw for Hawaii Five-O neglected to mention Mr. O Loughlin. Burn.
I didn't mind H50.
Castle was fun. I figured out who the villain was, too.
Alex is a bit stiff, but it's not like Jack Lord was a master of expression either.
Besides, he's pretty. The island's pretty. Caan's a hoot (and I think he actually has decent buddy chemistry with O'Loughlin) and Kim and Grace Park are just rockin'.
It'll be a fun, mindless hour for the Tivo.
Castle was good! Glad to have it back. Did anyone watch Chase? Was it good?
I watched five-o and Castle. Enjoyed them both.
