Anya, the Shopkeepers of America called. They wanted me to tell you that 'please go' just got replaced with 'have a nice day.'

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

What about Leann Rimes? Tori Spelling?

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Also, Princess Diana.

What about Leann Rimes?

forgot about her. I think that women forgave her because Eddie Cibrian is so damned hot.

Tori Spelling?

did anyone care?

Also, Princess Diana.

I think that there was a lot of speculation, but it was never proven. And she was villified, but it was more because Dodi was "of color" than anything else, I think.

Not Dodi - the horse riding guy and her head of security dude, also.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I do think there's a difference when the next relationship overlaps with the prior (like both LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian), as opposed to just screwing around on your partner.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I also wonder if married, high profile women, tend to have affairs with married, high profile men who would be equally interested in keeping the relationship secret.

It's when you have an affair with a single person that the fit really could hit the shan with respect to blackmail. However, either spouse could lose his/her shit though.

Not too many high profile women seem to do the Tiger Woods or Jesse James where you have texts from dozens of men in the cell phone.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Even leaving aside the heightened potential for drama, the utter lack of discretion is reason enough to pillory them more than people who at least can be discreet.

were those ever proven? I remember some guy named James that everyone thought was Harry's father, but he's grown into his Windsor face (unfortunately)

Trust my rage

of course, when you say "proven", not everyone is as helpful as Charles with his tampon talk.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Meg Ryan got a lot of BAD publicity for her affair with Russell Crowe. Claire Danes and Billy Crudup--they each dumped people to be together. He got worse PR than her I think, although she dumped her longtime BF to be with him. I hear that the whole story that Crudup dumped her while she was pregnant was not how it actually went down.
