If the blackmailing mistress was Rachel Uchitel. Or maybe Tiger just thought she had been?
As I understand it, the scenario Tiger texted about was coming "home" and catching Uchitel in a 3-way with DB and Derek Jeter, so who knows how little relation anything he said had to reality... now I find myself wondering if Jeter was a centaur in this dream.

I just snorted Diet Coke up my nose.
If Jeter was a centaur, what was DB?
I'm sad to say that I know this, but Rachel Uchitel has said that part of the reason she broke up with DB is that he called her from the hospital *while his wife was having their baby* to tell her all about it.
Yeah, but he was thinking of her
the whole time.
Also, I was talking to Joe about the recent rash of male celebrities cheating on their wives and I have to say, I'm annoyed by it because I would bet folding money that there are just as many female celebrities with a bit on the side. I seem to remember a British study that showed that women were more likely to cheat, but were more discreet and better about hiding it. Anyway, I'm annoyed at the insane coverage of the cheating men and almost nothing on the cheating women when they are, in my eyes, equally wrong.

I don't know if I agree with that. Yes, they are wrong, but they aren't the ones who made a commitment to anyone. I mean, I personally wouldn't sleep with a married/attached man, and think badly of people who do, but I wouldn't say that are equally wrong.
I meant married women who cheat, not the women the men cheat with. Sorry - I wasn't very clear.

Oh, yes, I'm with you then.
I think that you're right that women are more discreet.
re: Castle--I'm so pleased that when Beckett put off Hot Cop, she went to catch up with her high school friend. Something not guy related!
And poor, longing Castle. Beckett's not wrong, though, with her statement about choosing the stable guy and not the one who has a reputation for bouncing off to the next thing. Castle himself knows his reputation on relationships isn't the strongest--except when it comes to Alexis.
The boys were amusing with the "And like Castle showing up every morning with two coffees," and the one shaking his head and mouthing "No, don't."
