Anybody else watch this week's SVU? I'm glad that vegans are now muckrakers and not eco-terrorists on this show, but that ending kind of came out of nowhere.
Procedurals 1: Anything You Say Can and Will Be Used Against You.
This thread is for procedural TV, shows where the primary idea is to figure out the case. [NAFDA]
Huh. Apparently that undercover video of the meatpackers that they used on SVU is an actual undercover video of an actual meatpacker, made by HSUS.
I always fast forward through that True Blood credits because of that fox. I think the Justified ones are way less gross and less weird. But definitely similar.
NCIS: I want the skull sweater that Abby is wearing in tonight's episode.
Yeah, that sweater is adorable.
I just watched the new NCIS ep tonight. The parts were better than the whole. It's a Fornell ep (I always love it when Joe Spano shows up and we get the Gibbs And Fornell Show), and there was a lot of McGee and Tony interaction, which has been refreshing to watch this season. Also, I liked that Palmer got more lines than usual (the henna tattoo bit was pretty funny).
Polygraph Girl was even more annoying than her previous brief appearance (although I did like the fact that she ended up rejecting McGee at the end, just because I thought it would be a given that she'd jump at the chance of dinner with him).
I'm still enjoying watching reruns on USA. Tonight's showings included two of my favorites from a few years ago, "Stakeout" and "Bounce" (the second is the ep where Tony takes the lead and Gibbs is relegated to Tony's spot on the team).
"Stakeout" is fun.
Epic, you rock!
I was watching a Criminal Minds rerun (the one that starts off with Haley's funeral) and when the team was called away I relized that the people on the team with relationships are women (JJ and Garcia) so that when they left the men were left sitting.
Struck me as an interesting twist on how things are usually shown.
