"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Spencer is pretty much a woobie in every ep. Especially when Morgan's being his big brother.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

Okay--Diane Neal's character? I'd totally ship her with Gibbs. Toss Sofer, stat, and replace her with Neal. Hell, I'd ship Neal with Tony. She rocked.

Hell, yeah! She was really terrific. I liked the ep much more than I thought I would based on that lameass promo from last week--between Diane Neal and the doctor's wife, they actually had some interesting characters on the show. And DiNozzo's theory of homicide was true for once: The Wife Did It.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I've read a lot of people on TWOP complaining about Morgan's antagonistic attitude towards Spencer, like when he gives him the whistle in LDSK, but I see it totally as big brother ribbing.

Yeah, me too. Given how much I hated the one two eps back, I've fairly enjoyed the last two.

True dat. But in these, being the broken fatherless child?

Oy.

I so love when he returns to his hotel room to discover Morgan and Rossi watching the soaps as they wait for him.

yeah, Morgan's sometimes kind of an asshole to Spencer (LDSK being a perfect example), but he's also super awesome and protective, like at the end of the movie star stalker one when he tells Spencer that he's a hero, or when he flipped out when Spencer got exposed to anthrax (and then waited by his bedside, eating jello, the squeals of a million 'shippers echoed). In other words, the quintessential big brother.

I so love when he returns to his hotel room to discover Morgan and Rossi watching the soaps as they wait for him.

and of course, it's Young and the Restless, Shemar Moore's former soap.

Am I mean in finding the LDSK whistle funny? Mean funny, but totally within bounds.

Didn't have much to say about last week's Criminal Minds. Another one where they spent too much time with the unsub. Not my favourite format.

Though I did wonder at the end if Morgan was going to tackle the semi.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

The one with the anthrax was re-broadcast recently and at one point Spencer's been exposed to the anthrax and he's being scrubbed down. He warns Morgan that he'd better leave if he (Morgan) doesn't want to see him (Spencer) nude ... at which point I'm saying "yes, please." (they didn't, darn it)

No, not at all, that's what I meant by kind of an asshole, but it's done with love. Plus, Morgan kind of acknowledges him in the end when Spencer tosses the whistle to him and Morgan said "touche, kid" (not that Spencer hears it, but that's not the point)

I suspect that a lot of fanfiction was written regarding that moment. I betaed a Morgan/Reid for a friend, and was shocked to find out how much CM fic there was out there. and Reid is 'shipped with just about everyone.

Okay, people that ship him with Hotch are crazy (Hotch should only be shipped with Prentiss) (or maybe Rossi) (or angrily with Morgan) (but not Reid, ever).

But I can buy Reid and just about everyone else, if I squint right. Even Garcia.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

NCIS: ITA with the idea of dumping Sofer for Neal. I loved the character, plus she is a red head, so Gibb's type.

Also, no messing with Abby's Cafpow!
