Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Yesterday's episode was creepy but, at the end, it seemed more sad than anything. The Reid character really has grown - I've been watching old episodes and he wouldn't have the assurance to carry through what he did in this.

To go to the trivial, what do people think of Garcia's red hair?

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Garcia can do no wrong.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I need to see more scenes of her not just seated at her desk or through a remote feed.

Coordinated well with her glasses, though.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Garcia can do no wrong.

Absolutely.

I love the way Reid handled the unsub. He treated her like a victim instead of a suspect. I also loved the way he announced he was going to check out the mental health facility. I knew he was going to get angry by the disgust in his voice when he mentioned shock therapy on kids.

I always loves me some Reid and I also approve of the way they are seriously growing his character.

I was just poking around the IMDB entry for NCIS, and have had my mind blown. Pauley Perrette is 40 years old???

Pauley Perrette is 40 years old???

Seriously? She looks damn good!

I know!

Also, they seemed to have based a lot of their characters' backstories on the actors' lives. Michael Weatherly's dad is a multi-millionaire (was the sole American importer of Swiss army knives), Sean Murray (whose stepfather happens to be Donald Bellisario himself) was born in Bethesda, and his dad was the XO on the carrier Enterprise.

I didn't know this either.

ETA: I wonder how much more uncomfortable that made things on the set when Bellasario and Harmon were arguing over the show?

Pauley looks extremely young for 40, but I think it's heinous that they're claiming she's under 30. It makes no sense for her character, either.

They've shown great growth for Reid, Morgan, and at least motion and evolution for Hotch this season. Less on the women, although I really liked Garcia's perceptiveness when she was chastising Morgan for his foolishness with the victim's sister.

As always, JJ's on the back burner. But a little birdie says we at least get some backstory on her coming up.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Look at Pauley's neck though. I knew they were lying about her age when I peeped out her neck.

The hands and the neck hardly ever lie.
