Angel: I appreciate you guys looking out for Connor all summer. It's just—he's confused. He needs time. That's all. Fred: Right. Time, and some corporal punishment with a large heavy mallet. Not that I'm bitter.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Yeah--I figure he's a sure thing for #21, her, a bit less so.

Art Crawl!!!

Man, if she doesn't make it, wouldn't it be interesting if they promoted one of the detectives to her rank? But I guess neither of the current featured detectives have been on the show long enough. (But have they been cops long enough?)

That was a good NCIS. I always enjoy watching McGee get to shine, and Palmer was a perfect addition. "Well, there's a lightbulb."

I loved Palmers little digression over the squirrel. With Ducky's full approval, too! Hee.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

I'm a recent fan of NCIS (my mom got me hooked back in October, and I've been catching up mostly through the holiday marathons), and I loved last night's ep! McGee's probably my favorite character, and it was great seeing him get the lead in the case.

I loved Ziva going up to the tail and snapping his photo instead of holding a gun to his head (which is what I was expecting)--shows she's moving past her Mossad training and utilizing her crime solving training more.

I pray, pray, pray that that lawyer female is only going to be an opponent and doesn't morph into some twisted love interest for Gibbs. I don't think I've ever hated a character more at first meeting.

What did Colonel Bell do? I don't remember.

I gotta agree with that, Connie. I hated her at first words.

I remember Bell's face, but I can't remember what he did.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I pray, pray, pray that that lawyer female is only going to be an opponent and doesn't morph into some twisted love interest for Gibbs. I don't think I've ever hated a character more at first meeting.

But if she becomes a love interest for Gibbs, that means she'll be killed off!

Tom makes a good point.

The "have you ever been a redhead" and "Maybe you were married to her" remarks were funny, though. At least Gibbs knows his weak spots--and falling for someone proven to be connected to an adversary is not one of them.

NCIS: LA wasn't as obnoxious as usual. It's so weird to see the two shows side-by-side, they have such different feels.
