Joyce: Dawn, you be good. Xander: We will. Just gonna play with some matches, run with scissors, take candy from some guy, I don't know his name.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

So it's part of the FBI but outside FBI bureaucracy. It's the FBI's own Psych Black Ops? I really don't like this idea. Aren't the actual CM BAU folks supposed to be the best of the best; that's why they're there? If it doesn't fail, I hope I will be able to ignore it.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

It's a documentary about a guy who gets amnesia. His friend recognizes him and comes to help him remember, but with amnesia, the guy is basically a brand new person. It's put together with footage from before and after that the friend had.

DJ, is it fiction or an actual documentary?

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

From what I remember of the description and the category we have it in, actual documentary.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

Just looked it up and it says doc. Can't link from my phone though.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I will probably look at the CM spinoff, since I watch NCIS:LA and it's crap. But I doubt they will do as much to mesmerise me. I do like that they're casting for all ethnicities, but the character descriptions are kinda "More? Really? Why aren't they in the real BAU, then?"

The Closer was cute. Louie! Beau Bridges, crying, with breasts!

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I miss the "There, did you see that muscle twitch" explanations of what people's faces mean on Lie to Me. I hope they aren't gone for good.

Compassionately intolerant

I could not stop singing "White Lies" last night. It may just be my forever Christmas song.

For anyone that needs a "White Lies" fix.

I just bumped into a Criminal Minds team kill count, which I'd been idly looking for for a while (don't ask). So I'm recording it here, as of 101 episodes:

  • Hotch, 4.25 (The Tribe, A Real Rain, Legacy (split with Morgan, Prentiss, and the CotW), Catching Out, 100)
  • Morgan, 4.25 (Charm & Harm (split with Elle), Lessons Learned, Open Season (split with Prentiss), Legacy (split with Hotch, Prentiss, and the CotW), Minimal Loss, Outfoxed)
  • Elle, 2.5 (Extreme Aggressor, Charm & Harm (split with Morgan), Aftermath)
  • Reid, 2 (LDSK, Revelations)
  • Prentiss, 1.75 or 1.25 (Lo-Fi, Legacy (split with Morgan, Hotch, and the CotW), and maybe Open Season)
  • JJ, 1 (Penelope: 1 shot, 1 kill (eta: wait, she also killed a pack of wild dogs in Revelations--I think she maintains her 1 kill per bullet ratio))
  • Rossi, 1 (About Face)

Apparently Gideon never even fired a gun.
