Re: Criminal Minds. CBS is supposed to be thinking about a CM spinoff. I just figured they were setting Morgan up to lead the new crew.

why do they need a spinoff? Everything is perfectly fine. And doing a CSI like thing doesn't make any sense since they travel all over the place anyway.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Just FTR, CBS, I don't want any of the current CM cast to go anywhere, so any spinoffs must involve entirely new cast members, so that Thomas Gibson and I can ignore them.

I don't even like Morgan all that much (I know! am I blind!), but I like how he works within the team.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Cameron is hardly alone in believing there have to be Good Guys and Bad Guys

I certainly hope it's not common among doctors, though.

Always Anti-fascist!

Yeah... that sort of thing doesn't hold up under scientific scrutiny.

brillig

Cameron doesn't really have a place to talk about what House has taught them to do, because she allowed/helped the guy (played by Joel Grey) to die a couple of seasons back.

Edit: And House came up to her and said he was proud of her. Bit o' humanity, right there!

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

ita, you make good points. I guess there are some things I'm more willing to overlook than others, because they're not my area of expertise (science included). Which isn't very consistent. At the same time, I only have the time to get pissed off about a limited number of things. (I'm also obsessive, and should pipe down about my obsessions a bit more.)

But I've met some doctors who, while obviously not as bad as House is written as being, give other doctors nearly as bad a name. While I certainly hope his scientific practices are completely unrepresentative, I do think there are geniuses out there who get given far more leeway than their genius actually deserves. In all kinds of fields.

more for me. I like you, so I don't have to grudgingly offer to share :)

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

You can have all the Morgan, as long as I get all the Hotch!

Can't wait to see how this season plays out.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I have no intention of sharing Hotch, Morgan, or Reid. I will share Rossi, though. And JJ. Maybe Garcia. Not Prentiss.

I can't wait for the Foyet resolution.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I will happily share Rossi, JJ, and Garcia, for I do not need all of them. I'll have to dip into the supply of Reid from time to time, though, and obviously we must clone Hotch. Prentiss is enough like me that I don't need to borrow her.

I can't wait for the Foyet resolution.

Ditto, squared.
