I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Finally caught up with The Mentalist. The Turkey Vulture thing pinged me so hard. Seriously, I know nothing of buzzards other than how to offhandedly identify them because I see them everywhere and all the time. Being protected under the Migratory Bird Treaty Act does not an endangered species make. Nor does it's conservation status being listed as Least Concern. Also in that category? Rock Pigeons and Humans.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I just caught the episode of CM where Reid protects the actress and gets a little play.

Why isn't everyone pelting me with JOY, dammit? - Zenkitty

I caught that ep last night too. Couldn't help but enjoy the parallel of Reid asking whether Morgan had ever gotten involved with someone from a case and Morgan answering basically, "No way, too complicated."

And I enjoy seeing Reid get a little play...

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Reid was so cute with his hot actress. I wonder if he ever saw her again?

I just re-watched the fourth season of CM, and I take it back; the Pig Farm episodes gave me the creeps worse than anything else the show has done.

I hate to say it, but I'm losing interest in The Mentalist. I want to smack Jane so hard.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Jane is monomaniacal. Episodes like this past weeks or the one where he went blind don't sit well with me. If Simon Baker were less charismatic I would have been out of here a long time ago.

Mostly it's the feeling like the show knows he's broken gives me the patience to stay when he's really being an ass.

Heh. My mind went there immediately, too.

And I enjoy seeing Reid get a little play...

Beats getting kidnapped, addicted to drugs and shot.

I still haven't seen the pig episode. I need to work my way up to it.

yeah, but the family may have thought so, and if they didn't do their research, they may have killed someone because of it.

I just caught the episode of CM where Reid protects the actress and gets a little play.

I loved that scene at the end where they both were being pressed to leave, but they didn't want to, it was so well done.

And I love Morgan as Big Brother at the end. Okay, I just love Morgan, but I particularly love him when he's bonding with Reid.

I can't believe no one commented on "I prefer my miracles with more smiting and lightning"

brillig

NCIS: so McGee is now the target of the lovely femme fatales. He deserves it. Tony definitely seems off. I hope they change that.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Connie, I agree. I also feel like the writers have forgotten how to write for Abby lately.
