Every planet has its own weird customs. About a year before we met, I spent six weeks on a moon where the principal form of recreation was juggling geese. My hand to God. Baby geese. Goslings. They were juggled.

Procedurals 1: Anything You Say Can and Will Be Used Against You.

This thread is for procedural TV, shows where the primary idea is to figure out the case. [NAFDA]

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Castle and NCIS both used "Strangers on a Train" to solve their cases this past week. Weird coincidence.

Always Anti-fascist!

I watched "The Good Wife" last night. Liked it a lot...I kind of think it belongs in here due to the courtroom moments, but in some ways it doesn't. Dan's back on TV(well, it's Josh Something...where's he been?)

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

"In treatment."

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I don't think it's a procedural, despite the inclusion of some investigation.

Yeah...maybe not. But it is not a Cable Drama either.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Yeah. I've been watching, and I like it (other than being a bit disappointed at Juliana Margulies's straightened hair), but I'm not sure what category it would go in. (Yes, I have hair issues. I am totally aware of this.)

I didn't intend to imply that it was. Just that discussion of it is off topic here by our definition.

I sort of thought the one I saw yesterday had some procedural elements, but I suppose that is a stretch, and absolutely you didn't call it a CD, but I might have hijacked that thread over this one. If that makes sense. But to keep it all in one post, I'll say Hil, yes, I agree. Also, she's botoxed or something facial and distracting. Which sort of makes me sad.

Ok, if I want to talk about this show again, I'll find somewhere else. Sorry.

brillig

NCIS

For all Tony's bravery, he does have a tendency to shriek like a little girl at times. I would have loved to have seen the booking scene with him and McGee.

And McGee is being pursued. I wonder if Abby will get jealous.
