Wait - you saw Tory? I missed her - much rewatch.
The presidential address was in response to Bones scheduling not to watch belongs in procedurals.
This thread is for procedural TV, shows where the primary idea is to figure out the case. [NAFDA]

Oh, and I cannot believe that they didn't find Uncle Marty's body on Harper's Island.
Seriuosly. Especially with the scavenger hunt set up that had them all walking all over the island.
I guess it's too early, plot-wise, for people to start being careful.
I haven't watched any of Harper's Island yet--is it a procedural?
Maybe not. I thought when it started that it was going to be a mystery. But it seems more Horror movie-related.
No, it's not. This should be Natter fodder.
Well, we could propose a TV Horror thread.
RUNS WAY AWAY
You couldn't pay me to watch Harper's Island (I scare easily) but I'd think it is a procedural, since the point is to figure out, eventually, who dun it. At least that's what it looks like from the ads on teevee.
to give an idea as to which 3-5 shows are likely to be dominant in that thread at that time
so, Bones, House...
Bones, House, All the CSIs, Criminal Intent (is that a L&O?), all the L&Os, Medium, Life, um....
Just saw the most recent Bones and YAY Stephen Fry. And so much else - Sweets in death metal dress for instance. My one beef - if Gordon was in a glam band, would there have even been spandex? I thought that was an 80s invention, and no matter what music you were making, there really was no "Glam" in the 80s.
There's no one on Harper's Island trying to figure it out, really--I don't think it fits the traditional procedural format.

Gary Glitter wasn't Glam?
