Last night's Life:

I like Gabrielle Union! And I really like her character. She's on a plan and she's a super overachiever who might actually get that mayorship.

And Adam Arkin has totally won me as Ted--he was so concerned at Charlie being torn up over Reese's involvement with his secret investigations, it was so sweet to see.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

The plot of this week's Mentalist wasn't the best, but Jane didn't irritate me. I think it's pretty clear that he was an asshole back then, and he's paying for it now.

(My love for Simon Baker is pretty bulletproof.)

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Castle: Pricipal Flutie! I loved the One Life To Lived reference. I was really hoping to not like this show, but I think I'm hooked.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Frantically cleaning the house during commercial breaks really skews my interest in the show I'm watching, but I think I really like tonight's Life.

This is the first ep where I was truly glad that Sarah Shahi is pregnant, because their time apart and their phone calls really cemented their relationship. And the final scenes of them both choosing to have faith in each other was beautiful.

I was also very worried that Seever was going to buy it, seeing as she's a temporary fill-in and therefore expendable, and I totally dig her as a character. But the end with Dani being basically kidnapped made my stomach drop out. Nooooes!!!!1!

Odd that a real-life event could make me love the turns in the story more, and sad at a possible early demise. But if it means that fast-forward through all the b.s., then I think I'll be happy.

Really enjoyed Ted's daughter this ep, cackled hysterically at Adam Arkins crying jag.

"I make mistakes, but I am on the side of Good," the Golux said, "by accident and happenchance.” – The 13 Clocks, James Thurber

WTF?? According to the TV Guide and my outraged sensibilities, we're supposed to be viewing Bones right now. Instead American Idol is oozing across my screen.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

It may have been preempted because of the president's speech on Tuesday, so they're showing it tonight.

Art Crawl!!!

It was pre-empted due to the speech AND then Fox decided to show the season finale in the Fall.

There was a rebellion by the fans.

And now they're shifting the episode that they would have shown this week to the Fall so that they can air the season finale in it's previously scheduled time.

And House does their version of the classic MASH POV episode, now with added Mos Def.
