1) is this where Grey's Anatomy get's talked about? I don't normally watch the show but did tonight.

I don't think that Grey's Anatomy counts as a procedural. I think that it's general Natter with white font.

Am I supposed to be rooting for that horrible bitch of a female prosecutor on Law & Order? Or is rooting for the bad guys to get acquited so her smug self-righteousness blows up in her face the proper reaction?

But I think the only modern cop shows where I'm not rooting for the bad guys is NCIS and Bones. All the CSI's make me want to slap the protagonists silly.
