He was there for one scene near the end when House figured out the solution.
He was there twice. One time House went in to agitate about Cuddy adopting a baby and took a bite out of Wilson's apple. The second time he went in to talk about Cuddy (again) and that's when his light bulb went off.
Watching Criminal Minds, and are there actually still hobos riding the rails and making those markings???

Also, I fell asleep in the middle (so much for trying to watch ALL political stuff AND my regular stuff) so I can't recall much about it and it all seems rather unreal and dreamlike.
