All right, no one's killing folk today, on account of our very tight schedule.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I binged-watched the first season of A Million Little Things and enjoyed it, but I was so annoyed with all the characters by the end of the first season, I'm not interested in watching any more.

Cindy, I’m glad you’re enjoying Big Sky. I’m interested to see where it goes after that mid season finale.

I watched all of the first seat of Prodigal Son, and I really enjoyed it. The end of the season is a little rushed because there was supposed to be two more episodes before the finale but the pandemic shut down production. TCG is pretty much done with full season network dramas. The few we were still watching ended last year and he’ll only watch new shows with me if they’re 12 episodes or less. He hates filler episodes.

Thanks for the warning on that. I'll have to tell DH.

I get that. I think for me, I'm mostly done with watching things as they air. I mean, I am doing that with Big Sky (now) and will be with Prodigal Son for season 2, but I'm frustrated by weekly episode releases. I often wait until the whole season has dropped somewhere.

Season one spoilery question about Prodigal Son.

Are or were * Lou Diamond Phillips character and Bellamy Young's character involved ?

Cindy I can't remember if they ever actually got together in the past or just had feelings for each other, but it either way it never went anywhere, I think because of Malcolm. I watched the first season so long ago...

There are a lot of lingering shoulder touches, sj. Season 2 starts up January 12th. I've got to remember to set up a season pass for it (and double check that I have one for Big Sky).

I did not care for the season 2 premiere of The Prodigal Son. It felt like it was trying too hard to be exciting.

Interesting, Cindy. I really liked how wacky it was. Although the mentioning of Covid followed by no one wearing masks was really annoying.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

Has anyone else watched Miss Scarlet and the Duke on PBS (Masterpiece Mystery). I was looking forward to it, but found the first one disappointing. I do like hearing Alan Cummings' introduction ....
