They all had catchy theme songs, too.
Did I, Spy have a good theme song? It would come on right at my enforced bedtime. My older brother loved the show but I only heard the theme music from my bedroom. (E.g., do I have the right show)
Mod Squad! Oh yes. Yes yes.
The ex and I made a trip to Miami around the time Miami Vice was a big hit. It was such fun wearing our pastels.
So I ended up rerunning House while doing other stuff last night. Further Qs and comments:
When House mooches a $10 from Foreman for the vending machine: Omar Epps is wearing such a beautiful suit and he looks so great. Er, um, just, I noticed.
I hate to say it, but I don't remember the name of the quiet female doctor. I'm sorry but I quit caring about her "mystery" too - it's just been too long! Looks like I'll have to get back into the groove or else be bored stiff, though. So, what's with the hunt to confirm if she's bisexual or not. I don't care, but: how did they figure it out? Neither Foreman nor House said how, and any clues that were given clearly went over my head. Are they just stabbing in the dark and then counting on her reactions to confirm or deny?
I'm curious about where they are going with the main character arc, but I'll go look in spoilers before I say more.
Cool that they had a Rolling Stones song at the end!
Re: House: It's weird how the original team of doctors still appears in all the ads and the credits. I'm rather tired of them actually (die, Cameron, die!), though it is neat to see Chase achieving some balance re: House and Foreman coming into his own. More focus on the new "kids"!
Also, what the hell happened with the guy who shot House?
Cameron 's crush on House, and House rejecting her/laying out the reasons for her crush, kind of endeared her to me forever. Yeah, I liked Chase's role in the recent ep. I couldn't have cared less about plastic surgeon's spiritual awakenings either. They've got to do more work to get me back into the newbies' story, like, starting with using their names more often. CtB=Amber is all I remember!
They hauled the shooter off to jail at the end of the episode, never to be seen again? Wrong. [link] Did they ever tell us? My memory is terrible, sorry, and clearly, it mixed up the hallucinations with reality (from that ep) already.
to my knowledge, they did nothing with the shooter. Kind of a long way to go for a McGuffin, right? Interestingly enough, I just saw a special feature on one of my netflix about Great American Sleuths that referenced the Magnum HSQ you mentioned...funky synchroncity, hmm? Someday I'm really gonna write Rockford Files/ Angel fic because Angel...Angel Martin mistaken identity, can use same locales, and I can make Cordy tell Jim "One of the days you'll wake up in a coma."
Did you see the look on Hodgins face after he told Angela he'd love here even if she got wide from having kids? He was so playing her! Hee.
I wonder when I'm ever going to have to know that rubber will float while bones will sink? I mean, it's physics, but not anything I'm going to have to put to practical effect.
Phalanges!
The baby was pretty damned adorable!
The attack-zerbert and then Bones looking around to make sure no one saw it was good, too.

The same principle would hold if you had lost an expensive ring on a play area with rubber mulch. It might take a swimming pool, though.
