Yeah, we're building a race of frog-people. It's a good time

This thread is for procedural TV, shows where the primary idea is to figure out the case. [NAFDA]

The FrankenWendigo/Dire Ravenstag made me sad. It was extremely creepy (yay!), but I was so fond of Dire Ravenstag!

I am torn on the episode. It was gorgeous, and dammit, Abigail, the poor girl. But the ep felt like there was not enough story. Or the story that was there was oddly paced.

Also, I really want to see Price & Zeller investigating Hannibal's murder basement. I want to see Freddie's writeup.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

How many times can the same person's death come as a complete and shattering surprise?

I suddenly want to tweet to Fuller, "OMG, you killed Abigail! You bastard."

Are we going to discuss the "I forgive you"? That was a holy shit moment for me.

This series is like a painting. And filmed and framed as such. There's plot dev and such, but to me, so much secondary to the details that you get looking at the final result. Even if you don't know what it is yet.

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

"I forgive you" gave me full-body shudders.

Earlier, when Hannibal told Will to just let himself sink into the calm of the water, I felt pure savage fury at him: That's WILL'S memory palace. That river belongs to WILL. BACK OFF. You have no right! Just a blast of incandescent rage at him.

ION, oh, show.

I rewatched the episode, and like it much more now. (Also, watching it without commercials helps. Yes, we are one of the few households who still don't have a Tivo or similar.)

I think that comes straight from the part of Will's psyche that still wants to go with Hannibal, the part that had Abigail with him in Florence.

Oh, the show totally set that moment up. It still made me say holy shit.

Is anyone watching Aquarius?

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I recorded the first episode hut didn't get around to watching it. I'm ambivalent about it: David Duchovny=yes but Manson=no. Was kind of hoping other people's reactions could motivate me one way or the other.

I've seen the last 5-10 minutes of a few episodes, and I'm in no way interested. I don't understand the need for a clunky, soapy show about Manson.

I'm still watching. I'm 6 eps in since the entire season is on the NBC site. It's more than Manson; they touch on most of the big issues of the era.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I may fast-forward through On Demand to look at Beau Mirchoff.
