He did. If he turns out he killed her biological dad as well, I think it'll feel kind of redundant.

Seems like it. They did toss in that line from the director (of clandestine affairs?) about how Liz looks just like her mother. I think they're going to try and distract us from the is he/isn't he her Papa question with a How I Kinda Met Your Mom storyline.

Unknown. It depends on Fillion and Katic since their contracts are up. I read speculation about a 10 ep final season.
