Yeah, my guess is that Hannibal planted the Chilton memory in Miriam's head. Another thing got mentioned over on Tumblr, though. Alana's known Hannibal longer than anybody on screen. He was her mentor. She uses a hypnotic technique very similar to his.

Also continues not to be funny enough. I'm fine with Lisbon moving on - in fact I think it is overdue. But there needs to continue to be Jane/Lisbon banter. Also Jane/Cho banter.
