Dear god, I hope they don't go with the oldest tripe of "Jane finally decides he loves Lisbon and wants to tell her, but she is now in love with someone else (or got engaged," etc.)trope.

It's a tripe trope,
An over-ripe trope,
Don't need a night soap
or dragging out the hope
That Jane won't be a dope
and we won't need a rope
to help him learn to cope
and not hanging around to mope.
