Holy crap, that was incredible, and ill-making, and tremendously upsetting (among many other things, I have horrible eye squicks and brain surgery squicks, so even aside from everything else this episode totally did me in on the visceral and lizard-brain level).
And those exquisite scenes between Jack and Bella; Will and Abigail in the river, and Will awakening from each newly resurfaced scrap of memory looking that much calmer and saner and more focused; Bella rousing herself up and slapping the shit out of Dr. Lecter; that final shot coming up through the ceiling.
And the design porn - the most elegant hospital room ever, and Hannibal's office, and the acupuncturist's amazing place; as horrifying as she was, I kind of loved her front room, with the big window and the shelves of plants and the golden light everywhere.
The acupuncturist's place was great -- plus, Amanda Plummer! Always awesome.
Mentalist: OK kidnapping the kidnappers/murderers probably won't have any adverse consequences. Though not a lawyer, I'm guessing the Brother and Sister villains estates would have a hell of a time winning any lawsuit, plus probably whatever distant relative or state end up with their odds and ends won't care enough to sue. But Rigsby and Jane also kidnapped the lawyer who had done nothing illegal and left her to walk from a remote rural road back to Boston. I'll bet she cares enough to sue. And (again not a lawyer) I'm guessing she has legal grounds. Plus the driver they left tied up has probably has grounds to sue. (There are probably also grounds for criminal prosecution but I'm handwaving it that the prosecutors will use prosecutorial discretion in this case and not prosecute.)
Handwavium: If Jane sets his mind to it, "evidence" comes to light that the defense lawyer knew (malice aforethought) of Van Pelt's whereabouts, so she has to cut a deal not to make a fuss or she gets brought up on conspiracy charges. As for the driver, Jane finds some way to make him happy enough to shut up.
That is high quality handwavioum. Quite plausible. Especially since as far as I know, Jane is still rich.
Dear Bones producers:
The vegetation on those remains looks absolutely nothing like kudzu.

It needn't be a strict payoff. I was thinking of Jane telling the driver some perfect thing to get some perfect dream to come true. Plus I wouldn't put it past Jane to have hypnotized the poor fellow into needing a nap... and/or thinking he had a fun reason for being in that closet.
Is anyone still watching Blacklist? I think that I've missed an ep or two. Tom appears to be some sort of spy or something? There are guns and watchposts, and the slutty colleague is dead maybe?
Tom is definitely a baddun. He is 'handling' Lizzie, but the origin of his badness is, as yet, not entirely known.
Slutty colleague was also a baddun, working with Tom...or alongside...or something.
I'm still watching and still enjoying.
Tom is BAD. Slutty colleague - Jolene or whatever her name was? - definitely dead. Was working for the same people as Tom ... and we don't know who they are. Yet.
