Also, you can tell it's not gonna have a happy ending when the main guy's all bumpy.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

I loved her double-thumbs up to Sherlock and John when she talked each of them into getting the other out on a case.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

I love how this Mary is as carefully woven into this update as both Sherlock and John are - she seems to fit quite well Conan Doyle's Mary Morstan in the Sign of Four as Holmes' described her: someone who has a "decided genius" for his work, whom he regretted had chosen to marry rather than work with him.

Sherlock wrote a waltz for them! That killed me, even more than his toast.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Again, with the Blacklist and the stretching the bounds of believability. You cannot tell me that a division leader would leave his badge that accesses classified information in his briefcase in his office, especially after there had just been an internal security threat. Also, if a file is classified, you can't just "copy" it.

And, on a DMV sidenote - if you're going to mock up a license plate, please make sure that it conforms to the actual state (Va does ABC 1234) instead of just slapping "Virginia" onto the random California plate that you have in props. Last, but not least, there is no way in hell a second year student would get parking on Georgetown's campus.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

James Spader's voice is barely keeping me tethered at this point. Just barely.

I missed the very beginning. How DID the sedated woman come to and escape? And if they keep them knocked out all the time how did she know about her babies?

And just for the record, if baby farmers are ever coming to kidnap me, the Sooper Agents don't need tell me personally that there is a problem. Send a local LEO. Call ahead and send a campus cop to keep me company until you show. Tell my stinkin' professor to keep me there for ten minutes. For the love of Mike...

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I missed the very beginning. How DID the sedated woman come to and escape? And if they keep them knocked out all the time how did she know about her babies?

The writers missed that part too.

I suspected as much.

Miss me?

So the fans get, what? Two years to debate whether Moriarty is really alive or just filmed that before he died?

(I still don't like "Sherlock"'s Moriarty. And having seen the brilliant way "Elementary" pulled off Moriarty, I know it can be done well. [Not necessarily the double-cross, but that Moriarty can be done well.] Sherlock's Moriarty seems like a moron to me. I just don't like him. Elementary's Moriarty scares the hell out of me. [And, Tim, notes, is also HOT. (Which is true.)])

(Behold my nested parentheticals!)
