Zeke from Lost turns out to be the most competent lawyer Booth and Bones have ever met. Whoda thunk it?
*Smacks forhead*
I knew he looked familiar. I think this may have also been the only time that Wings Hauser appeared in something where he wasn't the guilty party.
Zeke! That's his name. I knew he was from Lost but I couldn't remember him except as the gay Other.
I liked that Booth made a good horse, even if it wasn't a pot. It is nice to learn something new about him.
I love that they let Booth be both goofy and talented, rather than stereotypically a dumb cop among smart scientists. I also love that the science guys look up to him sometimes.
I loved Booth dragging Sweets away in his chair at the end. That's just really fun. I really like watching DB in Bones because he gets to be goofy, but he also gets to do the dramatic stuff and does it pretty good.
I miss Stephen Fry but I also like the dynamic between Booth and Sweets and also Booth and Bones and Sweets.
The fish thing was cute too, I rolled my eyes at first but then when whatshername was relating it to their relationship it worked for me.
Caught up on Medium and Bones!
Medium: (heh, someone on tv.com also huffed in comments about this ep about the phone being on Joe's side of the bed. ::high five::) The episode changed the game and gave them an avenue for new storylines. Guess we'll see how often Agent Cooper pops up, ditto Kelly Preston. I don't have any real feeling about the 51%/49% split, except that I don't want to see Joe getting screwed over.
Bones: I liked the moment just before the chair-dragging (which was great!), where Bones Booth and Temperance could've skewered Sweets in any number of ways, and didn't. "Bowling rink," "bowling
alley,"
heh heh, nice exchange between B&T.
Hey, so I guess it's real that motorcycle racers drag their knees around corners like that? Holy cow. I was pretty shocked. They were touching the ground, yeah?
Yup. I haven't seen Bones, yet, but my brother used to race. It surprised me the first time I saw it! It's a rough sport. Jim gave it up to tune AAA fueler bikes, instead.
AAA fueler bikes
= fuel injected computerized motorcycles? Had to Google. Huh.
Why the show Profiler didn't last:
"Brunettes in their early thirties in a major city can't be hard to find."
Really? This is your clue, your great insight? I think I'll just watch Hard Copy after all.
Why? Why am I always eating during the opening of BONES when I know they are always going to show the grossest stuff? Stupid stupid stupid.
