Comedy 1: A Little Song, a Little Dance, a Little Seltzer Down Your Pants
This thread is for comedy TV, including network and cable shows. [NAFDA]
I have been loving the guest politician appearances so much.
Oh, man. What a hit of nostalgia.
I did not realize that was the B99 season finale! TOtally makes sense, now that I think about it, but I haven't been preparing myself to not have a new one for...a while
I enjoyed the B99 finale! It was a good note to end on, especially "Aunt Ro-Ro."
I do like ZEP and I've been watching since the first episode; I enjoy Jane Levy a lot and have followed her through a couple of shows. I am particularly thrilled that Alex Newell is such a frequently recurring character -- I was hoping he would continue to find work after Glee and that when he did, he wouldn't have to compromise his gender fluidity.
Watch to the end of this musical number for a funny bit featuring Alex: [link]
I've watched that before, Matt, and it's just an absolute delight.
I am late late late to the Community love, but I started watching this week and am almost finished with S2 now. Thoughts:
- Claymation Christmas special! Amaze
- Malcolm-Jamal Warner sweater joke
- flashback episodes with NOTHING we have seen before - GENIUS!
- literally everything about the Dean
- monkey continuity
If I get a chunk of my chores done today I will probably finish S2 and start in on 3.
Pink sparkly hearts, msbelle!
A friend of mine from hs just posted on FB that he's just starting Community. Yay! Just seeing it pop up on Netflix's Trending Now makes me happy, but more so to get to see reactions.
I was supposed to send you my dvds a million years ago, I think. Sorry for never getting that done.
literally everything about the Dean
Dean Pelton is THE ACTUAL GODDAMN BEST.
