I just watched it and was delighted. We'll see where it goes, but a lot of good people and good escapist tv, which is one of my prime objectives.

I liked the pilot of ZEP a lot. I could see the thing with her father happening a mile away, but they did a great job with it. The "Help" number was fun,
Idle thought - when Zoey's neighbor (Unique from Glee) offered her a Xanax, did anyone else think, "Xanax, Ms Dworkin?"... Just me then.
Second idle thought - my long-time crush on Mary Steenburgen is still strong as ever.

Good Place - heart eyes. Not a flashy episode but it really hit me right

I really enjoyed the emotional beats. Jason's chess mate ploy was really good and Vicky was glorious
Jason was good, but giving the whole thing to Vicky that quickly seemed wrong.
Really? Totally worked for me - it's Vicky's dream that she didn't know she had, she's really perfect for it. Surprising yet inevitable
