If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

My mom loves Durrells in Corfu, and until now that was my one and only reference point for it.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

Gerald Durrell wrote of his older brother Lawrence:

Larry was designed by Providence to go through life like a small, blond firework, exploding ideas in other people's minds, and then curling up with catlike unctuousness and refusing to take any blame for the consequences.

the hardest to learn / was the least complicated

Two of the actual Durrells are authors (Lawrence and Gerald), including the one whose memoir is the basis for the show.

Wait, Lawrence Durrell, who wrote the Alexandria Quartet? I guess I know a Durrell from that side.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Wait, Lawrence Durrell, who wrote the Alexandria Quartet? I guess I know a Durrell from that side.

He is indeed one of the Durrells. However, the TV series owes more to the memoirs of his younger brother Gerald. When I was a kid, his memoir, My Family and Other Animals, was the funniest book I'd ever read. (Mostly thanks to Larry.)

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Larry was designed by Providence to go through life like a small, blond firework, exploding ideas in other people's minds, and then curling up with catlike unctuousness and refusing to take any blame for the consequences.

Including having an incestuous relationship with his daughter (who hung herself) which isn't as cozy as Gerald's life.

What is even happening?

So, The Good Place will end with the upcoming fourth season.

THR has a long interview with Mike Schur, here: [link]

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Yeah, I get that they can't keep juggling things forever, but I will miss it. At least they're going out on Schur's terms.

The Bad Place official song almost killed me I laughed so hard.
