If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

So, it kinda sounds like Michael is saying it was the almond milk

Oh man, so true! Poor Chidi.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Pretty cute in that uniform, though. And after hearing him talk about the internet reaction to his shirtlessness I feel better about objectifying him.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Did Chidi seem uncharacteristically decisive to anyone else? Maybe it was the smell of moral certainty in the air, or we're supposed to take it as Eleanor's effect on him, but it seemed weird to me.

Also, hello, not-even-a-little-veiled political commentary.

Our wings are not tired.

Yes, even donning the uniform was a level of frivolity uncharacteristic for him, although adorable. All in all I was entertained, but underwhelmed. Spinning wheels. The individual aromas element was amusing.

Thrive to spite them

Chidi didn't seem like himself. He don't remember any anxiety over lying to the Good Place woman. I was expecting some kind of "we are in the Good Place and lying to tan actual angel" barely holding it together thing.

I didn't like how the Good Place people (angels?) were so...accepting of everything and so super gullible and it just seemed over the top.

Unless they are demons pretending to be Good Place people but deep cover and don't know about Michael.

I wanted to like it but I hope there is more going on than just what we saw.

"I'm useless alone." // "We're all useless alone. It's a good thing you're not alone."

I think Chidi was able to step up when Eleanor lost it.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Someone just pointed out that ALL of Team Cockroach was Improved versions of themselves. Eleanor being vulnerable, Tahani being selfless, Chidi being decisive, Jason being... t gestures vaguely

You might even count Janet in that, as she was clearly affected. Less clear on Michael.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Someone just pointed out that ALL of Team Cockroach was Improved versions of themselves.

Interesting. Proximity to the Good Place brings out their Best Self.

Or personal growth? They have been actively trying to become better people for a while now.
