Steph, are you half way through the season yet?
Yeah, we only have 4 episodes to go in S3. I'm stumped on which cold open is the best, because almost all of them in S3 have been fantastic.
The pudding store called "I Tought I Saw a Pudding Vat."
Oh, I missed that watching on my phone. Very nice!
almost all of them in S3 have been fantastic.
Yeah, after Rayne posted about it, I watched all the s3 cold opens on YouTube where someone thoughtfully compiled them and it really is a very fine collection.
I do have a favorite, though.
We are seriously watching all the cold opens for S3 and rating them now.
Although we're not quite done with the season -- we have 2 episodes to go (Amy is still undercover in the prison).
t edit Nothing with The Vulture can possibly be the best cold open. As soon as we see him, we hit the back button.
That was some mighty fine pregnancy lampshading.
Bearing in mind we haven't watched the last 2 episodes of S3, my contenders for best cold open are: vending machine on fire, suitcase auction, or (my personal favorite) Holt dancing.
Vending machine is my favorite.
I have a huge weakness for Holt. My actual favorite cold open is from S2, when Amy is late and they're all guessing why, and Holt guesses right and yells "HOT DAMN!" No cold open has been funnier to me yet.
