Heh. That's how I think of him as well. Marc Evan Jackson is his name (okay, I had to Google it. He's one of those H!ITGs and I flove his dry line delivery). My guess is that Michael would eventually have to work with our foursome to escape Shawn's wrath/eternal torment. Lots of chewy storyline potentials in how that might come about.
Now I only have to wait a week to find out what happens next. Yay!

Thinking about this on the way to lunch, Eleanor and Chidi mostly figured out something was wrong from each other, but Michael pushed Jason and Tahani too far. Giving Jason a shadow so he could never do anything with the slightest bit of fun? Forcing Tahani to live in a tiny hut and wear ugly clothes? They just snapped.

I watched the premiere!
I liked the different PoVs and the demons sucking . Also likes that they reset it again and made it harder. Loved that Chico went right back to the almond milk as to why he was on the Bad Place. And Jason and janet's interaction .
Now Michael has to deal with demons who are bad at what they do and hiding that this is the third try.
I keep wondering if any of the demons messed stuff up last time but the group was too overwhelmed with trying to hide their secrets that it was easier to cover.

As soon as Michael hit the reset button again (now with no note!), it occurred to me that a disgruntled Real!Eleanor might start adlibbing next time around, or even just completely flip on Michael.
Also, Tahani whacking her head on the overhead light in her tiny little house was perfect.
