"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

She should get them back from the farm before she moves into Ted's apartment. (While I thought Robin should have just sucked it up and dealt with the fact that a lot of Ted's belongings were from previous girlfriends, giving up her pets over his insecurity was really beyond the pale. At least hair conditioner or a pillow won't be wondering why it never sees its human anymore...)

I've been watching Kitchen Confidential on hulu, and I was pleasantly surprised to see Morena Baccarin in episode 11.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

I love that show and plan to buy it. It was very authentic to my restaurant experience. Plus funny and sexy.

Ann, that's a ferret.

I bounce back and forth on The Office. Toby came across as, at best, an idiot and, at worst, a hopelessly incompetent jerk. Giving Jim a "formal warning" -- in large part, let's face it, over his relationship with Pam -- and egging Michael on to "do something" about Stanley without addressing the implications of Michael's assumption that Stanley would be The Expert on rap came across as utterly clueless.

Of course, Stanley's one-on-one meeting with Michael might have gone better if he'd given a specific or two.

No fallout from the night out with Ryan? I keep thinking that will come back to bite somebody. Hard.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Not sure exactly WHERE to put this, but did anyone see last night's Colbert Report? He finally got Rain to do the dance-off (I'm sure at least partly because he's in Speed Racer), and it was frelling hysterical!!!!!

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

Oh, crap! I turned it off and went to bed after The Word!

Punishingly Intricate

Thanks, Jesse!! That's one of the funniest things ever, I think.

It was even funnier during the show because Colbert had been calling him out all night.
