I am not...I am not the damsel in distress. I am not some case. I have to work this. I've lived in a cave for 5 years in a world where they killed my kind like cattle. I am not going to be cut down by some monster flu. I am better than that. What a wonder...how very scared I am.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I though they were both annoying! Both episodes, not both Ted and The Mother. She was OK.

Hey. New board.

I liked them. Not the greatest but no more annoying than himym is normally.

I was already annoyed last season, and was just going to see it out, and then they sprung another season on me! Maybe I should just skip the next 16 episodes.

Thrive to spite them

My least favorite character in HIMYM is Ted. Ted is annoying and I know the character is written that way but I think a good chunk of the annoyance comes from the actor and his choices.

I really want to see Barney and Robin's Married Life Together. With their neighbors Lily and Marshall.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Aha, heh, I thought you meant it was going to kill you emotionally.

I seem to be in the minority of people I know who continue to like the show. It was really nice to be at the Comic-Con panel and remember that there are lots of strangers who still love it!

Hey. New board.

I definitely still like the show. Its wackiness has started to overwhelm its brilliance at times, but it always treaded near that annoying line for me, with the cleverness making it worth it. I dig the concept of this season a lot, so that helps. I like gimmicks, and HIMYM has always done gimmicks better than most shows.

I never loved it like I loved Community Season 2, so I am not really disappointed by the fact that it's maybe not quite as clever as it once was. And I still love watching the characters. Although I agree Ted is kind of annoying.

Ted is kind of annoying, but he is the character I relate to most.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Should I know what the concept of this season of HIMYM is? I am enjoying "I don't have to wait for it"!Barney.

The SMG-Robin Williams sitcom is pretty cute. It's on opposite Parks and Rec for me, so it'll definitely take a backseat to my beloved Pawnee, but it could beat out Vampire Diaries to get into my regular rotation.

They talked about it soon after the last season ended, I think. I do wonder how people who don't follow interviews and such will react. Because it's probably best to understand the deal with this season going in: it all takes place the weekend of the wedding and ends with Ted meeting the Mother, obvs.

I am enjoying "I don't have to wait for it"!Barney.

That was very sweet.

Yeah, I don't follow interviews and such. I was getting the idea they were doing that with the countdown to the wedding and hoping they weren't. Oh well.
