I had a dream last night that I got to see a sneak preview of the first episode of Community season 5 and it was great. I don't remember any details, of course.

That's not John Hodgman...
I confess to doing a double-take, too.

Pam Poovey!
Mom has watched the first two seasons of Community. She thought the first half of the second season was not great (I will have to ask specifically about the Halloween episode, it slipped my mind that it was in that run when we were talking), but otherwise she's liked it. At this rate she'll be caught up pretty soon.
I finally got around to watching the commentary on the first episode of Season 4. I think the commentary track felt more off to me than the episode itself, it may take a while before I try another.
I thought the first few of 2 were a little rocky, but, starting with the Jesus ep, got really good. I think I'm about halfway through. I'm going to put it on now, in fact, since I posted 3 times to Blackboard.
I love that I can watch this show and chant, "Come on, subvert the trope. Subvert the trope" And then IT DOES!
We just started "Community" too! We are almost done with season one, and are completely in love. Troy & Abed are the best of the best. I also want to mention that I never knew Joel McHale was so ripped. It's an, um unexpected bonus.
wrod. (well I found out a while ago, but still.)
...what was that? (season 4 finale. I mean, I get that they didn't really want to wrap things up--yes, I noticed "Six Seasons and a Movie" on the board--but, still)
I see what people mean about this season feeling off. I did like coat check girl, though. I hope she doesn't disappear forever.
Also, Troy's "You were out there somewhere, and you weren't looking for me?" was just...I had to post to Facebook.
