Premium. It's pretty popular in there.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

Huh. Ugly Betty season 2 starts in the UK October 5th, which is much earlier than I expected.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

Yes! Yes, discuss Ugly Betty! For it is fabulous! And funny!

Somehow I stopped watching Ugly Betty after the big reveal of Alex as Alexis, but ABC Family channel ran a marathon yesterday, which I had the forethought to tape, so I'm catching up in time for the premiere this week.

However, I must be PMS-ing (or maybe it's the Zoloft withdrawal), but this damned show keeps making me cry. First cry point? Marc coming out to his bitch of a mom (well, not that exact bit; what made me cry was the closing montage, and all the family stuff; I'm such a sucker for the montage). Second cry point? Daniel buying plane tickets for Betty's family to go to Mexico.

I'm not to the end of the season yet, so I don't know if Betty and Henry get together, but I'm getting annoyed that they're not.

Steph, Ugly Betty made me cry too. And given I'm not a very emotional person, a man, and an idiot - it surprised me.

(I'm still watching the episodes I taped yesterday.)

Now they're in Mexico, and I'm *loving* Rita Moreno!

Also, I've never EVER seen a show before that used the color orange so profusely. Jesus. The clothes, the sets, the furniture -- too. much. orange!

Okay, THAT was a big melodramatic finale, wasn't it? Yipes.

Yep, poor Kevin! I'd say I hope Drive was worth it, but...

Thrive to spite them

I loved the ending of HIMYM with Barney and Marshall, I was wondering if that storyline was going to be forgotten. Glad it's not.
