okay, I'd watch that. Especially a prequel.
Comedy 1: A Little Song, a Little Dance, a Little Seltzer Down Your Pants

The Netflix instant viewing thingy now has the Dana Carvey Show available to watch online. Phil Nugent wrote about this for the Hat a while back, where he pointed out that the talent on this show was insane. From Nugent's article:
Dave Chappelle, Robert Smigel (who used the show to debut his “Ambiguously Gay Duo” series of animated cartoons), screenwriter Charlie Kaufman (Being John Malkovich, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind), “Daily Show” correspondents Steve Carrell and Stephen Colbert, stand-up comic Louis C.K. and Heather Morgan
Bob Odenkirk and Dino Stamatopoulos were also on the show.
That last name made me do a double take, as it is my maiden name, and I've never known another one. (Though I would assume it is fairly common)
Really? Dino's pretty funny on Mr. Show and is the man behind Adult Swim's Moral Oral.
I meant in the block of quoted text.
Der der der. I actually even knew that. I blame coffee. And society.

I thought the same thing you did! And was confused. Because I was pretty sure DJ wasn't that Greek. ANd then I felt badly about making assumptions!
Ha! I'm sure there are Southerners who are Greek, I think I even may have gone to school with one or two, but no, I think it is safe to assume there is no Greek in our background.
We've got the whitebread Europe covered though.
Office fans -- remember, new ep tonight!
By the way, do we approve of the Get Smart movie starring Steve Carell? (My vote: Not really, but if anyone can play Maxwell Smart today, it's probably Carell.)
(ETA: Aha! Punctuation trouble!)
I approve. It looks pretty funny. The WonderCon panel was hilarious.
