I think I properly got Troy (like got got him, as opposed to just liked and enjoyed him) when his Grandmother beat Britta in Basic Genealogy. I'm sure he'd cried before, but that time was golden Troy scream-crying. "I don't understand you Britta! I don't understand you at all! She's had enough!"
