Am I wrong that the second Community was pretty much a Leverage parody? It certainly felt like one, but maybe it was just a heist/scam movie homage and Leverage just happens to be working that the most right now on my radar.
Loved the third one, too. They went way dark (as soon as Evil Abed turned up I gasped out loud) and then just wonderfully bright all in the same episode. I'm sorry that looks to be the last of John Goodman on the show, though. Unless Troy gets further ghost visitations.
t averting my eyes from the East Coast comments for a bit longer
I guess Troy didn't learn much riverboat gambling with dinosaurs.
I'm going to have pause on so many screens of this.
I'm going to have pause on so many screens of this.
I'm so glad we bought the season on iTunes, because I am going to pause the hell out of that one. I want to see all of Hilda's knowledge base!
Right? So much information flying by!
OMG, that first episode.
I just can't even come up with the words.
I also liked the other two, but I'm still kind of blown away from the first one
The first one was amazing but the last one was so astoundingly satisfying. I threw my arms up to call a touchdown at the end because it was such a win. So much yay!
Dang.
And, as usual, I can't believe they did it in half an hour. For each of them, really.
as soon as Evil Abed turned up I gasped out loud
Me too!
Dude, I just realized that back in the zombie episode Troy saved everyone by turning up the the air conditioning. The True Repairman!
Ha, that was first episode was like
Community: Ready Player One Edition
! I can't believe they did that. How do they get away with shit like that? THIS SHOW.
Also, they really didn't think they were going to be renewed, did they? That finale was very wrap-up-y. STARBURNS IS ALIVE!
of course he is! I was like: this is quite a conspiracy.
I was hurt to see them taking apart the Dreamatorium, but relieved that Abed still has somewhere to go. But how will Troy fit in?
