We're proud to say that the Class of '99 has the lowest mortality rate of any graduating class in Sunnydale history.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Our theme *was* Stairway to Heaven, if I remember right.

Ours was the disco hit "You Can Ring My Bell" which has some merit since it's all about having an orgasm. Go Prom Night!

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm still pissed that my prom song was some bullshit about friendship, when it was supposed to be "Let's Chill," by Guy. I'm pretty sure the actual theme was "A Night To Remember," which was ironic.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

Mine was Hold on To the Night by Richard Marx.

I look more rad than Lutheranism

Mine was Moondance (Van Morrison). We considered ourselves very cool, since it was 1988, and there were some truly heinous Top 40 options out there.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I didn't attend my prom, but I was told the theme was Bon Jovi's "Never Say Goodbye." Which contributed heavily to my not attending.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Matt, that was ours too.

Always Anti-fascist!

I have no idea, but I'm sure it was lame. Not lame: Community L&O. "codette..." hee, hee.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

The Glamorous Life, Sheila E. In retrospect, pretty cool, but I can only remember it because I have somehow managed to hold onto my souvenir hurricane glass all this time. So, not so much remember as I know where to look to find out.

"Cry havoc and let slip the boobs of war!" -- Miracleman

That is a very cool prom theme. And a kickass song.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

no shit.

My Senior Prom song was "Nothing's Gonna Stop Us Now" by Jefferson Starship. I thought I had the worst prom song ever, but I don't think I can beat Richard Marx.

I still want to beat the prom committee with a stick.
