I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

It is a lot easier to see parts of episodes than a whole one. My argument is flawed.

Lupine -> Wolf

I love what they've done with Kane. He's not Omar, but the echoes of Omar complement his character nicely.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I don't think I've ever watched an entire episode of Law and Order (who has?)

I'm pretty sure there's not one I haven't watched.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Ah! As in Dick wolf! I got the lupine=wolf of course, nut was missing the capital W. like I said, not a L&o watcher, and it's been a long week.

I didn't get it right away, either. because my mind naturally went to werewolves first.

BTW, Donald Glover is one of the guest stars on 30 Rock Live.

Okay, that was awesome. I'd neve have picked up on the title at the start though.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

I watched L&O: The Mothership on and off for years (and was kind of fannish about it, even, during the Cutter/Rubirosa years at the end) and the style on this was *perfect* in every way.

And... OK, I could be wrong, but the blond Medical (Yam) Examiner sure looked and sounded like Leslie Hendrix, who played M.E. Rodgers on the Mothership for 20 years. She was always my favourite, with her super-dry delivery. Although, if the Yam was really boiled, shouldn't she have known it during post-mortem?

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Vonnie,

it was her! I squealed out loud. Beau couldn't believe how geeked out I was by this episode.

I thought that was her, though I could not remember her name. If it wasn't it was a heck of an impersonation.

Hm, perhaps Greendale's yam pathology department is not as advanced as it seems. A yam sham?

And she said it was about to bloom! Which is not possible if it was boiled. Hmmmm, boiled yam. Now I'm hungry.

Not that I am really bothered or anything, because who cares about the actual case when they were able to get ME freakin' Rodgers on the show?! She was AWESOME. I laughed and laughed at that line about gravity and a boot. And at Troy's "I am about to hurl" expression.

Aw, poor Starbuck. "I can both see AND hear you!!" I'm gonna miss his ridiculous face.
