"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Bein' Quirky with Zooey Deschanel.

The part of Mary Kate played by Zooey.

The part of Zooey is not played by Zooey.

It's quirkier that way!

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I loved when Abby sang the one word and then returned to the conversation.

In love with Community, thank you, board. Just caught up on the past 700 posts here. I'm glad I got to the one that said it's back March 15th, because I was in blissful ignorance the whole time I was mainlining it and was feeling a little bereft as I found out here that it was not a sure thing.

"Oh no! Has falling sky liquid once again caused you the sadness?" -Starfire

I'm incredibly happy that Community is coming back, but I'm sad that Parks and Rec is going on hiatus then. (I guess for just 5 weeks). Community and Parks and Rec back to back is just hands down the best, happiest, giggliest hour of television ever!

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Fantastic interview with the women of Community - Gillian Jacobs, Alison Brie, Yvette Nicole Brown, and one of the staff writers Megan Ganz (who incidentally penned one of my top 5 fave Community Eps, "Cooperative Calligraphy", a.k.a. the bottle episode about Annie's missing pen): [link]

I might have teared up a little at the end. Leave me alone! It's been a really really long hiatus, Okay? *sniffles*

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I felt like there might be spoilers, or creys, so I kinda skimmed.

Hmm. There are maybe a couple of hints? Nothing too specific, but maybe vaguely spoilerish about the general vibe of what the rest of the reason holds, if that makes sense. It didn't ping me, but if you're hardcore spoilerphobe, better tread lightly.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

I'm pretty spoilerphobic, but nothing really pinged me. I agree with Vonnie's assessment. Worth reading.

I got the sense from as far as I got that there was going to be definite worst timeline ever coming up, and I kinda didn't want to read harder to see if I was interpreting it right, in case I was. So I dunno. Will stay relatively untouched.

Someone tried to make Inspector Spacetime: [link] and got smacked down. I hadn't paid much attention there either, so I hadn't realised it was unauthorised. It was already straying far enough from "canon" that I had lost interest. But now I'm pretty much not surprised. Hey, raise money for your high profile fanfic project, why don't you?

Oh...yeah.

Ha, I like that he changed the name to Untitled Webseries About A Space Traveler Who Can Also Travel Through Time.
